Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Had the new crystal massage experience. One word "divine!!" Was one of the best massages I have ever had. Zofia was great, went through how the treament would go & what I wanted from it. I slept like a lig which is unusual for me. I am booking my next one this month. Thanx as always BB💋

Janvi did my mani-pedi and acrylic nails, and Sherrena gave me a Lotus deep massage. The services were truly outclass — I was very happy. The staff was friendly, calm, and made the whole experience relaxing. However, the prices were quite high compared to many other salons. In most places, when you get multiple services like pedi and acrylics, acrylic powder or gel nail paint is usually included, along with certain add-ons. Here, they charged the full amount separately for everything. Even so, I’m giving 4 stars because the service quality itself was excellent.

Today was my first visit to The Beauty Barn. Hopefully not my last. Firstly it is in a lovely setting. Welcoming, warm, nice decor with calming music. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Hannahs massage was very relaxing and clearly she is very experienced and informative.

10 days prior to my appointment I had a nasty fall and was still suffering pain in my upper arm and shoulder therefore Jen did not consider it wise to carry out a massage. She suggested I should go to a Walk-In Centre to get it checked out and then rebook my appointment with her. She did however ask if I would like Reflexology instead. I had no idea what this was but agreed to it and I am so, so glad that I did - the pain relief was amazing! I am very grateful for the treatment and really appreciate Jen's skill and advice. I shall be booking a follow up appointment very soon.

Such a great experience , I have painful arthritis and not only did it not hurt, but the reflexology foot treatment provided relief and was very relaxing too. Such a lovely lady too, I would highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at The Beauty Loft with Jade! She was really friendly and happy. Her space is IMMACULATELY clean and beautifully decorated. The music was lovely, room temperature; perfect and the scent; pleasant. I found the couch to be very very comfortable - like a hug! The towels were super soft and the lights were dimmed - perfection. My treatment was a foot massage. Jade was happy to adapt and customise the treatment to suit me. I could tell she really wanted to deliver what I desired. I think that's rare to come by! And she succeeded. Already booked in again! ❤
