Excellent massage, Helen was polite, professional and courteous. Everything was spotlessly clean. Work colleagues in the other units could have been a bit more considerate with someone on a mobile right outside the door to the treatment room. Overall though one of the best massages I have ever had. Will be coming back.

OMG Anuschka is amazing. I had a sports massage followed by a Thai Foot Massage. Her hands are healing hands.

I was looking for a hairdressers, as I have only recently moved to Colchester. I walked in on the off chance and I cannot say how pleased I did. Mary styled my hair exactly as I requested, and a few days later I went back for a perm not curly but for the body. I was extremely happy with the results, I will definitely recommend and will be going back.

The Indian head massage was amazing, the reflexology was so good and the reiki really worked wonders. I had great experience and look forward to my next visit. Thank you Zoe

I had a very painful foot which was making my life very miserable. I spend 12 hours a day on my feet so decided to se Angelina for some help. Since my appointment which was nearly two weeks ago I have not felt any pain or soreness, Nothing. Thank you Angelina!!

Perfect brows and amazing massage

I recently had reflexology, Indian head massage and Reiki with Zoe at Silver Spiral Holistic Health. I had been feeling quite out of balance, and the treatments really helped me to feel aligned again – physically, mentally and spiritually. They left me feeling calm and better able to cope with the stress and changes happening in my life at the time. Zoe explained the treatments clearly and shared her insights afterwards, which I found really helpful. She creates a supportive and reassuring space, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for holistic care and balance.

Such a lovely studio, beautifully decorated, warm and relaxing. My reflexology treatment was carried out with the utmost care to the foot niggles I have and the experience was amazing. Reiki treatment left me feeling like I was floating on air. Car parking was free and easy to find. Highly recommended.

Another lovely salon visit and a good old relaxing scalp massage at the sink by Louise. Lovely cut as always. Thank you x

Highly recommend Dee, been having massage with her for a while now. Really comfortable and relaxing environment and she helps all my aches and pains every time!

This was such a great experience. Relaxed atmosphere, treatments were all explained and I felt very at ease during my whole visit. Zoe was lovely and really made everything enjoyable. Would definitely recommend, I had an Indian Head Massage and reflexology, both were excellent.

My husband has just come back from a sports massage and said it was amazing! Perfect ahead of his 7hr flight to Dubai, one of the best massages he has had.
