I suffer with a lot of issues and I’ve had a lot of massages, physio, chiropractic, and I can honestly say this is the best massage I’ve ever had to date. Don’t be expecting a gentle relaxing massage from the deep tissue, but expect to walk out an inch taller! Jen was amazing and I will now be a regular customer!

I’ve had massages all over the world. I’m qualified as a massage therapist too so I never usually fully relax during massage as I’m “watching”what they’re doing. But this was the best massage I’ve ever had hands down. I’ll be returning regularly that’s for sure. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Absolutely incredible. Booked a couples massage (one hot oil, one deep tissue) and it was amazing. The place is lovely and clean, relaxing atmosphere and really friendly staff. Had our first visit to Haus Massage and Natural Beauty in Cardiff and it was absolutely fantastic. Holly was so warm and professional. She explained everything clearly, made sure I was totally comfortable, even checked in about my asthma, and gave one of the most thorough massages I’ve ever had. I left feeling completely unblocked and relaxed. She also gave really helpful aftercare advice. My partner saw Kate and said her massage was just as amazing. Even on a really hot day, the room was cool and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. Can’t wait to go back!
