Sush at Escala Beauty is absolutely brilliant at what she does and I have been seeing her for treatment for shoulder, neck and lower back pain. I sometimes have 1 session and sometimes 2. Had a really good sports massage with Lewis, focused mainly on my lower back. He took the time to ask a few questions first about where I was feeling tight and what my training load was like, which I appreciated. My lower back felt noticeably looser straight after, and I have way more movement the next day. He also gave me a couple of simple tips to help stop it tightening up again.

Had a neck and shoulders massage this evening and feel so much better. Demi was very attentive to ensure the correct pressure was applied, the environment was inviting and relaxing. The heated under blanket was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend anyone to try Demi, she was lovely and even offered me a glass of Prosecco for being her first client. Will definitely be returning.
