Thankyou for your service today. I found the massage a little too hard on my back today but the lady was very accommodating. I also had put that I had sciatica and hip pain on my form and thought I may of had more attention to lower back and hips. Perhaps I need to mention this to therapist next time.

My massage was awesome! Sonam was great. She asked where my problem areas where and made sure my massage fixed these problems while making sure the pressure wasn't too strong for me. She had me squirming a couple of times but "no pain no gain"! Will be back again very soon and will definitely ask for Sonam. Thank you

🙌 First proper massage in almost 10 years and honestly, I can’t believe the difference. Living with constant pain (my daily “normal” sits around a 7 with neck pain and headaches) has been exhausting… but my massage therapist absolutely nailed it. He knew exactly which pressure points to target, and for the first time in forever my headache eased by about 75% for a whole hour after. 🧘‍♀️✨ Then came my first ever air cupping session — and let’s just say, that was quite different. But interested to see what happens with that next few days!

This was a repeat visit for a massage with Sonam and was again I was very happy with the experience. She was friendly and professional, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the session. The massage was relaxing, a warm table and oil helped ease the tension I’d been feeling, especially in my shoulders and back. Sonam checked in about the pressure and focused on the areas that needed the most attention. I left feeling much better and would gladly book with her again. A really good massage and a pleasant overall experience.

Hi had a 60 minute full body and 30 minute foot massage. It was blissful. I had Sonam and she was amazing, she has very healing hands. I wanted a relaxing massage and Sonam adjusted her massaging to provide a deep but gentle message. The foot massage was incredible and released all the tense spots, aches and excellent for my plantar fasciitis. Highly recommend Sonam. It was cold when I arrived and she put the heater on and covered me in towels/blankets. They are located in the shops where Spud Shed is. Clean, tidy and professional
