I had a wonderful remedial massage with Any yesterday. It was not my first, I've seen Amy before ... and won't be my last. Amy knows my sore areas, mainly neck and shoulders. She also knows I prefer very firm pressure to release the tension. She is wonderful in adding some hot stones to it too. I always love to finish with a little foot massage, as I'm a Reflexologist, and Amy listened to my need for it to be gentle. I would highly recommend both Amy & James. They are both very professional & friendly.

Excellent massage. I had the full body deep tissue and the masseuse had great strength to get into the tight muscles. Provided instant relief to my legs which were very sore going into it. Would 100% recommend.

Prior to my massage I had severe neck pain and migraines and nausea. I booked in with Amy from A1 Massage, and she was really lovely, thorough, and asked me how she could help and to explain the pain. I had a 1 hour remedial massage which was so lovely and relaxing, one of the best massages I have ever had, I immediately felt relief and have gained back 70% mobility since, I could not move my neck at all before. She did head, back, arms, neck all in 1 hour with care and you could feel the years of experience she had. I recommend this massage parlour 100% they are amazing.

fantasitc gua sha i had with Li. she can do very hard massages 10/10 cant thank her enough i can move my arm now because she is the only person who can actually get into the muscles. Fantastic team here they may not all speak fluent english but they know what to do and basic words. highly recomend to anyone who has problems with getting knotts out and that you actually feel a difference after a massage.
