I booked the royal hammam & massage for my Mom’s birthday. She said that it was the highlight of her trip to Dubai & that the treatments were amazing. She commented that the staff were very friendly, respectful and accommodating and made her feel at home. When I went to collect her, I also spoke with the staff who were so lovely and welcoming. The vibe in the salon is unmatched and the decor is beautiful. I will definitely book here again. If you’re looking for any treatments I’d recommend here, especially for hammam and massages. Thank you so much for making her birthday special!

I did a scalp treatment with Jennifel and curly-hair styling with Agustin. Both were excellent. My scalp felt refreshed, and Jennifel even gave a little massage during the process. Agustin styled my curls beautifully, and they lasted three days despite Dubai's humidity. Great salon, highly recommended 🤩🤩

One of the better places I have visited for sure. I come to Dubai often and this will be my go to place from now. Nadia was amazing with her massage. I felt rejuvenated and a new person. Her techniques are great and she is a wonderful person overall. A slight miscommunication kept me in the massage room for an hour where I thought she is coming back and she thought I went to sleep. What I liked was she never came to disturb me. Who does that! Will be going back before I head back

Absolutely fantastic as always. Jess is an absolute magician with my hair every time I visit. Always such a chilled atmosphere and I always leave feeling so relaxed and well cared for. My sons usually go to Dubai Hills for haircuts, but when I walked past this gentleman’s lounge and saw the aesthetic, I had to try it. Coming from England, I have high expectations and this truly beat every salon I’ve tried for my boys. Luay had his first proper cut, hair wash and blow-dry. The barbers are clearly well trained and gave him a beautiful fade with a scissor cut and layered top — a true gentleman’s cut. Such kind service. I’ll be recommending this to my friends and will definitely be back 🤍
