I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

OMG My new favourite place. I'm can't wait to book again. I wasn't sure at first because few was a few bad reviews. The women was very professional and my treatment was 1st class.The place is stylish the staff gorgeous but most of all it's all nice and clean . Can't really ask for more. See you guys soon.x

I did my first fat freezing treatment today, with Raisah it was absolutely brilliant chilling experience lol, cant recommend this place enough both me and my wife have used them they are reliable and honest and operate with integrity, if you need any treatment, I can’t recommend the Private Practice enough, will definitely be planning more treatments. From start to finish Raisah explained the treatment very well and is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what she is doing at no point did I feeling uneasy. Everything was explained properly Thank you for a great service.
