Lynette, the therapist was excellent! They are all very friendly and the atmosphere makes you relax and feel at home immediately. I had a Hollywood wax, and Lynette made me feel comfortable right away...it's a sensitive area to wax, but it was the least painful wax I have ever had! I'm visiting them again today again for a Spraytan. I can definitely recommend their service to anyone. The best beauty salon in Pretoria by far!!

I am obsessed with my lashes! Chey really pays attention to detail, and it truly shows in her work. She is so gentle throughout the entire process, which made the experience incredibly relaxing. Beyond her talent, she is an absolutely amazing human! Warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. She makes you feel so comfortable from the moment you arrive, like you’ve known her forever. I had such a great experience at Louvexa. From start to finish the service was excellent. The somatologists were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood every step.
