I’ve been doing my lashes with Yolla K for 3 years now. From the first time I did my lashes, I never looked back. She’s professional, and passionate about what she does and knows what looks great for your face. I’ve never had an allergic reaction which is something I struggled with, with other lash techs. Whether you’re trying lashes for the first time or you want an experienced, reliable lash tech, Yolla is the technician worth trying. PS: I’ve lived in Europe and Australia and her lashes are incomparable. One of the best globally, in my opinion.

The environment is beautiful and therapeutic, making every appointment something I look forward to. Her work is absolutely stunning, my lashes always look flawless and last so well. She is truly amazing! Even though I arrived 15 minutes late, she remained patient and never rushed my appointment. She was incredibly gentle, professional, and as sweet as always. I’m currently pregnant and moving a bit slowly, but she was wonderfully understanding and accommodating throughout the entire process. When a small amount of bleeding occurred, she immediately checked on me to make sure I was comfortable. Her level of care and professionalism is exceptional. Thank you so much Phindile! She's the best!!!

The experience was good. The staff members came across as polite. My main concern is the welcoming of clients on arrival especially because the place seems to have only two available chairs for clients that are waiting to be attended. From a third client onwards, it become confusing what to do or where to sit. It becomes even worse if the client is at the salon for the first time - First impressions last.

My overall experience was good. However, there are only 2 seats available for people waiting for their treatment; so, once those seats are taken first time comers such as myself feel a little displaced. Very little communication/interaction with clients when they arrive. I would be nice to have someone come and greet the clients and show them alternative places to sit.
