This was my 2nd appointment with Gracey for a LASH Lift & Tint and will be the start of many more visits with this professional and friendly young lady. Gracey has made me feel welcome and comfortable with her warm, calm, professional nature. She makes sure you're comfortable, fully informed on your treatment and open to any questions to ensure you're happy to proceed. I was happy with the manner in which Gracey moved forwarded into the treatment and happy that my comfort and satisfaction was maintained from start to finish. I had no stinging or reactions and left feeling completely satisfied

As caring and thoughtful as ever - lots of patience when I was hesitant over choosing a colour. Tresa demonstrated a new nail technique which I'll definitely use in future and then organised an appointment (with nail art ) for the day before I host a French-themed party. Thanks Tresa!

Charlotte is a lovely girl so friendly & bubbly. I've had a spray tan, brows tint/wax, gel nails done on several occasions her attention to detail is fab, I highly recommend Charlotte :)

It was lovely meeting Charlotte today, she puts you at ease and is very easy to chat too. I love my eyebrows & lashes and have received compliments today about them. Charlotte also went out of her way to wax my legs, which I’d not booked in for, and was grateful to her for doing them. Would definitely recommend a visit to Charlotte. See you soon xx
