It was lovely meeting Charlotte today, she puts you at ease and is very easy to chat too. I love my eyebrows & lashes and have received compliments today about them. Charlotte also went out of her way to wax my legs, which I’d not booked in for, and was grateful to her for doing them. Would definitely recommend a visit to Charlotte. See you soon xx

Phoebe is so lovely & a brilliant nail tech. She made me so comfortable both first and second appointment, even when I needed to change the style of lashes. She used her expertise to advise and give multiple options making me feel totally at ease throughout. I’ve also had amazing retention which I have found to be more difficult with previous techs!
