I had my top up with Jo today and once again I was really impressed with her work. The care she takes to prepare her work area is first class… after this she takes time to review the treatment to assess the precise areas she needs to treat. Jo is certainly a perfectionist and you feel totally confident when she is using the tattoo needle for the brows. All my friends have commented how lovely my brows are… I would recommend this treatment to anybody! Thanks Jo

Jo is such a professional with meticulous attention to detail with her treatments. She clearly explained the whole process of semi permanent make up for my brows and took as long as was necessary to decide on the correct tint for my skin tone. The procedure itself went exactly as Jo had explained and I was totally confident in her care. I am SO PLEASED with the final result and would recommend Jo to all my friends. The moment you enter Jo's salon, all the worries goes away and you feel relaxed no matter what procedure you are having. The atmosfere is calm, warm and relaxed. Joanne was brilliant with Emily having her ears pierced. Emily was very reluctant to get her 2nd one done, and Jo was very patient while Emily came round with a little persuasion. Absolutely wonderful. I went to Joanne with painful tight muscles due to stress and each time I leave feeling like I'm floating, muscle tightness completely gone ready for a good night sleep, totally relaxed, which I cannot thank her enough for. Highly recommend full body massage with hot stones for anybody struggling with tight sore muscles. Thankyou so much Jo 🥰

Clair makes you feel so welcome and really knows her stuff. Everytime I go to the salon it’s like a little peaceful haven to relax in whilst she does what she does best and pampers you! I’ve had gel nails fingers and toes, luxury pedicure, eyebrows wax and tint, eyelash lift and tint and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Clair xx

An afternoon of fab pre holiday treatments with Clair, tried the Elim Mediheel pedicure - what a great treatment this is, a peel, masque and exfoliation followed by hot cloths and moisturiser. Hard skin just melted away - felt like I was walking on a air - fab treat. Followed by gorgeous gel nails for fingers and toe. Topped off with lash lift and tint, my lashes are pretty thin and short and Clair managed to give them some curl, lift and definition with tint. As always, Clair is the ultimate professional, taking such care, attention to the smallest detail. Thank you for a lovely afternoon x
