Jo is such a professional with meticulous attention to detail with her treatments. She clearly explained the whole process of semi permanent make up for my brows and took as long as was necessary to decide on the correct tint for my skin tone. The procedure itself went exactly as Jo had explained and I was totally confident in her care. I am SO PLEASED with the final result and would recommend Jo to all my friends. Exceptional service from Ella, as usual. She's lovely and very talented. I have beautiful nails once again, although it is far more than "just a nail appointment". Ella has the ability to make you feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment you walk in. I would highly recommend Ella to everyone. I have also had my eyelashes done by Ella and they're perfect!!
