I had henna tint and lash lift, my eyebrows are naturally light so it was amazing to actually see my eyebrows and the shape and colour is so natural, I have received so many positive compliments. My lashes are short with the lift they look so great! And she ended up tinting them which makes them look even better. 😁 thank you Trish

Booked the time out mother's day special with the facial bar hydrate, brow shape and tint and head and neck massage, an hour felt like 15 min was very relaxing, I'm so happy with my brows which I haven't had done in a very long time, Georgia listened to me and yeah I'm stoked. My skin looks and feels amazing, hydrated and firm. Will definitely recommend and be back

I was very impressed with the information given to me prior to commencing the procedure. Going over the process step by step prior to the commencement made me feel confident that I was in competent professional hands. The results were fabulous, I now have eyebrows that won’t need redoing six weekly, they look so good. Home care package given to take home with good instructions on care to commence on going home. No regrets at all. Very happy customer.

One of the realist beauticians I’ve met, down to earth made me feel comfortable, great vibes, and good talks. Excellent work done too. I love going to Smooth! Excellent care and skill. I had the lash lift and eyebrows shape and tint- very happy with both. When I went to pay with Apple Pay my phone said ‘face not recognised’ lol - that’s the difference of the lash lift!!!

Was good, lady had good advice and answered most of my questions well. Downfalls are that she did not ask me what colour I wanted my eyebrows done. They were clearly black when I arrived and I was left with brown eyebrows. I do not like the colour as I have always had black eyebrows, and yes I may be blonde but that doesn't mean I wanted them to change colour. I had also asked about the wax and yes I do not know much about beauty products but I was made to feel as if I was extremely dumb.
