Elise really listens to what the client wants and warmly shares her knowledgeable advice. Honestly the best manicure I’ve ever had: the care taken with cuticles and nail shaping; Elise’s help choosing the best colour match for my skin tone. She was meticulous with my eyebrow wax too - taking care to work with skin sensitivity and deliver the perfect brows without any of my usual ‘flame’ side effects. Thank you so much Elise. I could not recommend Holly enough. I have been visiting the salon for years and every time I am made to feel comfortable and welcomed. Always love the work Holly does whether that’s eyelashes or eyebrows, I’ve never had a bad experience/ treatment and it’s always done to an amazing standard. The shepherds hut is always cosy too. Kathryn is the only person I trust to pierce my ears. I’ve been back multiple times and I will definitely be back again for more. She’s so kind and comforting and reassuring that the appointment is over before you know it. The best piercer in Staffordshire.
