First visit. Lorenza made me very welcome. Bubbly, chatty but not needing to talk constantly, happy with silence. Lovely pedicure and perfect gel. Excellent eyebrow shaping. Will definitely be going back to her again

I am delighted with my new eyebrows! I had been concerned that the shape or the colour might be too exaggerated or just not suit me, but Bronwyn explained the process in detail and let me view the proposed shape before continuing. She also checked that I was comfortable at all times. The procedure was not at all painful- in fact I nearly fell asleep and have not experienced any soreness in the two days since it was done. Just had my botox top up after 2 weeks. The initial result were amazing anyway ! The top up is free as it is included as part of your original treatment. The results are so good. I am so so happy with it. My forehead has smoothed out, the texture of the skin has improved and my asymmetrical eyebrow situation is under control now. Love you guys! Thank you so much xxx

Staff were very friendly, and Jordana was great. I booked in for a leg wax but my growth wasn't long enough and she waived the fee, really appreciated as that was entirely my error! Eyebrow and lip wax was very quick, I've had it done in the past where they had to go over the same place multiple times but this was just bosh bosh done!!!

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

I'm very pleased with the service (eyebrows waxing and lash lift and tint) I received from Lorenza and I will definitely return. There's free parking (up to two hours) right outside the salon, which is very convenient. The booking process was very simple.

I was so nervous about finding someone new to do my eyebrows, but I’m so glad I found Georgina!

I had a great experience today at Bita. I came in with long curly hair and got a nice short cut with bangs. The hairdresser was lovely and also offered me coffee and a snack. I don't know much about hair but she taught me how to blow-dry it and what product to use to avoid fuzzy hair at the top. I also got eyebrows threaded, wasn't painful. Will come back!

From the moment I arrived, she was fully present and focused on me no distractions, just genuine care and attention. She made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process, taking time to listen to what I wanted and offering great advice based on my face shape. The work itself was brilliant my brows look perfectly shaped, natural, and exactly how I'd hoped they would. I've already had so many compliments on them! Would absolutely recommend Marta.
