Paul was fabulous as ever! He gave my 21 year old autistic son a total transformation and although no words were spoken from my son, the smile at the end said it all. Paul is considerate - we were in a quiet area of the salon, friendly and professional (checking if the smells of products were ok etc) and I thoroughly appreciated his approach for what could have been a hugely difficult experience.l (it wasn’t 😊) Paul pays great, expert attention to the customer having a fantastic experience, regardless of the cut, colour and style and allows them to come away feeling amazing. I always look forward to my nail appointments because I know I’ll get excellent service, a warm welcome and nails other people always comment positively on. I love the huge variety of designs I’ve had over the years from simple single colour nails to highly detailed individually painted artwork on each nail. Getting my nails done is my treat to myself every few weeks and I always feel so much better afterwards.
