Rachel is always so welcoming. She has created a really warm and cosy space for her clients 😌In terms of treatments, she nails it every time. I go for the brow lamination and lash lift and tint combo. I am always happy with the results. Would absolutely recommend ❤️

I had gel toes done by senior nail tech and it was done within a good time frame enabling me to meet a time for a prior engagement. It didn't take as long as what is advertised and the standard of the work was the best I have found so far in Plymouth. I am over the moon with the service the girls give me at Ugly Bettie's and that's why I keep going back to them. Thanks girls. 🥰

I had two treatments with Shannon over consecutive days. Press therapy and a facial. She took great care to explain the treatments and what to expect. She tailored the facial which I really appreciated. Great salon and very calming. I’ll visit again when I’m next in Plymouth.

I had my brows ombre done with Sandra and I’m so happy with the result. She was very professional, kind and patient throughout. I was quite anxious at first because it’s permanent makeup and I wasn’t sure if I really wanted it. Sandra suggested starting with a brow tint and shape so I could see how it might look before deciding to choose permanent brow tattoo She explained everything clearly and never pressured me, which helped me feel comfortable. I highly recommend Sandra to anyone what a lovely lady!

Anna is a wonderful hairdresser and colourist. I live in London and I now book my hair cuts and highlights in with her when I am in Plymouth. She cut my nine year old’s hair today and she was so kind and takes such care in her work - my daughter loves the cut!!

I couldn't be happier with my experience getting my PMU brows. From start to finish, the entire process was very professional and comfortable. Sandra took the time to design the perfect shape and colour, explained every step in details, ensuring I felt confident and at ease. The studio was spotless with a welcoming atmosphere. My eyebrows look natural, perfectly defined, saving me so much time in my morning routine. If you considering PMU I would highly recommend Sandra.

Very pleased with my first experience of having moles removed. The atmosphere was relaxing, and Shannon made me feel completely relaxed. Will be returning soon for the removal of skin tags. Thoroughly recommend Flow Aesthetics, Plymouth.

Rejuvenated skin facial today with Michelle so pleased with my skin results following my treatment today my skin was glowing/refreshed treatment by Michelle received within her new salon location at Hyde Park Plymouth lovely decor which has peaceful energy vibe I personally found the environment very relaxing. I highly advise a visit if you want to unwind.

First time at Vaughans Hair and Beauty and I can honestly say what a treat. My beard had gone full wildebeest but Anna worked her magic and transformed me into something resembling a well groomed supermodel. Or at least someone who no longer frightens children! The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and one of the calmest trims I’ve had in ages. The salon has such a peaceful vibe and the view of Plymouth Sound and Drakes Island was genuinely stunning. Huge thanks to Anna for the care the chat and the craft. I’ll definitely be back.
