Really great service today! I had a not so good experience with a different salon and Elise gave excellent advice and was honest about what was achievable today. The final result was fantastic and I feel like my eyebrows look so much better. I felt comfortable and welcome throughout my whole appointment. Very happy with the whole service. Should have just come to Phoenix Beauty in the first place!

I’ve tried the bio relax mat Post illness when I lacked energy. I found the mat really relaxing but also energising. It gives a lovely warm glow to the body and changes seem subtle but it was after I had used the mat that I could notice the difference in my energy levels. It also helped to restore my night time sleep patterns.

As a long time fan of Guinot products and treatments I opted for the Winter Warmer Package. It was a lovely, cosy, relaxing and nurturing experience with excellent results. Always a first class experience. I've had various treatments here from eyebrow waxing to advance skin treatments and am always supper happy with the results. Amy really listened to my concerns and has such knowledge, qualification and experience to know exactly what treatment to not only recommend but also able to do. I also love the calm and friendly environment and can't believe treatments I only thought were available in London are right here on my doorstep.

Perfect as always. Amy has magic hands and has looked after my skin for 2 years now. My skin has never been so good that I now hardly wear any makeup, just a little light tinted moisturiser, mascara and blush.
