Honestly the best eyelash experience in Melbourne I’ve had! Maddie was so lovely, explained everything before we started about what we wanted to achieve. She used her expertise to make some executive decisions on lash styles and my lashes look both full, fluffy but natural. They also feel great. Such a nice self care exercise from start to finish! Best manicure & pedicure AND the best staff & service in Melbourne!! My bridesmaids and I visited Luminous Hair, Nail & Spa to get manipedis before my wedding and had the BEST time! Staff were so friendly and fun and we had great chats with all of them during our visit. Our nails look amazing too. Love the colours and the quality finish. I have a troublesome toenail which most salons aren’t attentive to but the staff here were so gentle. I can’t recommend this place highly enough! Thank you!!

First appointment with Sculpt & Tint service. Kate was wonderful. Consult prior to starting was detailed yet quick. The brow sculpting was so precise and she was so gentle. Hardly felt ‘pain’ from the wax or tweezers. So happy with my brows. Will be returning to keep maintained!

Sonia is absolutely brilliant in her tattooing eyebrows. She listened to what I wanted and the colour and shape were exactly what I envisioned. The salon ambience was lovely with cruisy music and a great atmosphere. Cannot recommend Sonia highly enough!

Viviana did my lashes for formal I got extensions and they looked amazing I came back about a month later and got a lash botox and a hybrid brow tint she’s absolutely amazing and never fails to impress me she’s so well educated and really knows what she’s doing 🫶

Okay, I have to hype up Alessia because she is truly that girl when it comes to brows!! I’ve tried a few different places before, but once I found her, that was it I’ve been going back ever since. Her studio is adorable, super clean, and just gives cozy vibes, but honestly it’s her personality that makes the experience even better. She’s so welcoming and easy to talk to. And her work… WOW. I have never met anyone who can shape brows like her. She takes her time, gets every detail perfect. My face always looks lifted from her brow service!! I walk out feeling so pretty everytime 💖

I loved it! My friend saw the reviews online and we decided to try the pedicure with shellac. The whole team was very friendly, nice and professional. Every visit is like a transformative experience! Rima has to be one of the best precision hair cutters in Australia! Truly incredible! Colour on point, cut on point, service on point! Shout out to Claudia on an incredible colour too!

Kayla did a fantastic job on re shaping and re doing the colour. The colour had turned blue and the shape was terrible from a previous bad place I’d been to. Kayla is amazing, friendly and knew exactly what to do to fix my eyebrows. She is such a perfectionist. Highly recommended.
