I had the most incredible beat the blues massage with Alexandra this weekend. It wasn’t just a massage. It was an incredible experience. Alexandra asked me questions and tailored the massage to me. I felt so looked after and cared for. The massage felt like a big warm hug as well as a deep release of tension. I look forward to visiting again!

When I think Alison reflexology sessions can't get any better, this lovely, amazing women does a reflexology like today! Totally overwhelming in her power of healing! Treated like a real VIP as early for my appointment and allowed to relax in a room rather than asked to come back later. To then have the most amazing connection with Alison who made me feel completely uplifted. These reflexology sessions are so healing for my soul going out. Excellent therapy!! Love Reflexions!!
