I had the Palm of Feronia facial with Olivia and it was truly the best way to spend a heatwave day in London. The treatment was tucked away in a cool, relaxing room with a beautiful energy. I had an ice tea to begin and Olivia finished with ice globes for extra cooling. A beautiful energy and thorough but relaxing experience - I left feeling lifted, glowing and a few hormonal spots I was struggling with feel much calmer and less inflamed today. A great reminder to slow down and take care of myself - can't recommend enough!

Such a unique and relaxing experience!!! From the minute we entered we felt well taken care of. Everyone was super friendly and the treatments were very special. The massage was a true deep tissue. The therapists really know what they’re doing. The Parenie was especially unique! A must do experience! The cafe was lovely and the food was fresh and tasty. We loved having our own little table to relax and sip tea in between treatments. An amazing experience from start to finish! Will definitely return next time I’m in london.

I would also like to shout out Nikesha and her amazing french manicures & bubbly personality that undoubtably make you feel at home. We absolutely loved everything about today. The people are so caring and efficient, the facilities are beautiful and great quality, the food and drinks are delicious. We forgot we were in London it was so quiet and peaceful! The banya was so hot, and the therapists doing the pareniye were brilliant, the ice buckets and plunge were so cold, we especially loved having a little booth to retreat to and relax between saunas with tasty snacks. Really excellent session, thank you so much!
