I booked a deep tissue massage to help with ongoing sports injuries, particularly a painfully sore shoulder that had become unbearable. Sue was professional and attentive, taking time to understand the nature of my injuries and tailoring the treatment accordingly. She also gave me some tips on stretches that I could do to help reduce the risk of these injuries and continue to improve my recovery. The pain in my shoulder has noticeably reduced as has a lot of the tension I was feeling elsewhere in my body.

Another fantastic reflexology session with Catherine. She really does have magic hands that seek out and heal those troubled areas. I always come out feeling refreshed, relaxed and invigorated. I had a PRF treatment carried out yesterday with amazing results. A lovely boutique salon tucked away in a wonderful country setting on the outskirts of Bristol. Kate’s passion and knowledge is second to none when it comes to all things beauty and in particular looking after your skin with a menu of facials to choose from x

The full body aromatherapy massage with the added benefit of Reiki healing was very noticeable in comparison to other massages I’ve received. Victoria has a lovely calming energy that’s adds to the overall experience. I wouldn’t hesitate in booking again, and would highly recommend.

Legs and feet work was amazing. Chopping really effective, and technique strong and confident. Really good back work - if you want to enhance anything, one idea might be to draw in on your own 'centre of gravity'. Know that your massage technique is very good, and focus on maintaining your own grounded energy. It may help reduce your own energy expenditure too 😊. Thank you.

Today was my first time at the wellness retreat and it was fabulous. Kate was so welcoming, professional , friendly and made me feel so relaxed.
