My partner and I both went for our first ice baths, did the sauna combo. Very impressive and clean set up, all the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and feeling a noticeable boost in energy and mood afterwards. We’ll be back.

Fantastic. I am a busy single mum who trains and runs and was recommended WoW by a run club friend. I have been back several times and all the therapists are exceptional and know what they are doing. They have helped me get ready and recovery well from 3 half marathons all within a few months. The clinic is clean, relaxing and tidy. The therapists are experienced and I always walk out feeling so Zen. I love the longer opening hours and the fact I can go on a Sunday. Highly recommend 👌

Yann is great at healing he's an intuitive massage therapist with years of experience and always seems to be able to put me back on track and moving well again. I have been seeing Yann for many years and can't recommend him highly enough!

I never expected my skin could look like it did after my facial with Sarah! My skin was plump and my stubborn wrinkles around my eyes were no longer deep and visible! Absolutely shocked! I felt so relaxed and Sarah has such a beautiful energy that I felt so rejuvenated after seeing her! My follow up personalised daily skin treatment has been amazing too, I can’t believe I have gone this long without paying more attention to this! Cannot recommend Sarah enough!

I had such a wonderful facial experience — from start to finish, everything was calming, professional, and left me glowing (literally and figuratively). The treatment room was beautifully set up, with soft lighting and relaxing music that instantly helped me unwind. Sarah was warm, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand my skin concerns. She explained each step without overwhelming me with jargon. I will definitely return

The staff bring a beautiful warmth and energy. The rooms are always tidy and you can bluetooth to the saunas to enjoy some meditation music.

It was my first reiki experience but won't be my last. Kate has such a beautiful energy, and everything she picked up was spot on.
