Love Nimbus Co- Bondi! I have been to a few infrared saunas in Sydney but this is my favourite. They are individual rooms you can go with 2-3 people in and have private showers there too. With changing Colours and iPad for music it has everything you need.

Machines are Hygienic & Hot (hottest in Sydney). The whole centre is spotless. The girls always are flexible with moving my appointments when I need. Couldn’t be happier. Free top quality bathroom products and fresh towels. I’m hooked ! 😉

The foundational healing session I did with Ira was amazing. I went into the session with an open mind and finished it, astounded by where the journey had taken me into my memories, past and relationship with my inner child. Ira brought me to the thoughts and feelings that were hard to confront or understand. She has an incredible warmth, understanding, intuition and patience. I had a session with Ira a week ago and it was so, so beautiful. The Reiki was incredibly powerful—I felt an immediate shift, like a weight had been lifted off my body. We did a life mapping, which I found extremely interesting and surprisingly precise.
