It was an amazing experience. My facial was booked for Ladbroke Grove clinic. Shantelle the manager was absolutely amazing. She was very understanding and really easy to talk to as there was issue with my appointment. She handled it beautifully! I went to Wembley branch and Radhika did a fabulous job.
