The only "bad" thing was having to leave after 2 hours of absolute bliss.

Stepping into 2025 with severe lower back pain was not how I wanted to start the year. I booked with Calista and she helped me so that I could move and bend. So it was a nerve impingement in the SI muscle. Very grateful that I can always call and be helped.

Preface: I have a lot of muscle trauma. I chose myofascial release (MFR) and lymph drainage. It was a great combination. The MFR was intense. She worked on my major leg muscle groups. I have a fairly high pain threshold which was crossed during the session. I could feel the resistance as she worked on specific muscles. I felt great after the session and a day later I feel like I had a good massive full-body workout yesterday. I will be doing it again and I am so grateful for the professionalism and care I got (as usual).

I had accupressure and reflexology done. My feet were sore from the moment I stepped out of bed. Professional and very knowledgeable. Matthew really knows his stuff. I struggled with a migraine a few hours before and still had pain and he took the time to ask the right questions so that he can apply the correct massage techniques that will help me with the tension I had in my neck, back and shoulders. He didn't hurt me at all (like others before) and after the session I really felt relieve and the pain was gone! Matthew is such a warm soul and makes you feel comfortable. I walked out there feeling much better. He definitely has a passion for what he does. I will definitely go back.
