I had initial appointment and treatment with Joy to address some sports-related shoulder injuries through acupuncture. The assessment itself was so comprehensive and she took the extra time to explain everything to me as I was quite inquisitive about the holistic practices. My body felt very loose and much more relaxed after the dry needling and we chatted about other things that have been causing me issues for future appointments. Super clean and friendly environment and would definitely recommend.

Got remedial and back massage from Cathy and it was really helpful for my stiff neck and shoulders. She asked me various questions to understand the issues and tailored the massage accordingly. She used her knowledge of the muscles anatomy to help release them, even the deeper muscles. Hands down one of the best remedial massages I have had in Sydney! I feel more mobile after the massage. I would recommend trying her remedial massage.

ive been struggling bad insecurities with pigmentation my whole life and came across this when researching for a place to help with that, kathy was so helpful and amazing i got picolasering and fractional laser and i could see the results right away ! no pain and was very comfortable. im so glad i did this with kathy shes the best would recommend for anyone struggling with any skin concerns. thank you again kathy <3

Had the best remedial & lymphatic massage with Cathy. Cathy could tell which spots I’ve been having some tension with due to exercise and was able to release tension in the muscle. Lymphatic massage was also super relaxing 😌

Kathy is professional and charming and the clinic easily located ,walking distance from the Metro and conventional railway stations at Martin Place or St James.

One of the best massages in Sydney! I come back time & time again. Highly recommend.

Thomas is a great acupuncturist! He’s been our family doctor for 8+ years and helped us many times with emergency back pain and all sorts of body pain due to stiff muscles or nervous tension. I always feel calm, centered and refreshed after the sessions! Thomas knows how to return balance to the body via Accupunture. Highly recommend to anyone who prioritises health and well-being!

Had the best facial with Cathy today. I’ve been having a lot of congestion lately and Cathy did a wonderful job through the microhydra facial as well as a peel. Glowing skin! Also Cathy is just the loveliest person ☺️✨

I didn't think I would ever describe someone who sticks needles into my back as kind and considerate, but they are the exact right words to describe Thomas. He is very (very) patient with me and has amazingly given me movement back into my shoulder which has been in incredible pain for over a year after a car accident. I have tried physio and traditional medicines but they didn't help much and I thought the pain was here to stay for good, but acupuncture is helping so, so much! I don't know how it works, but it works!! Highly recommend Thomas to anyone thinking about trying acupuncture.

I explained that I have neck and upper back pain, and it all melted away. I felt so much relief at the end of my 30min remedial with Nodoka - she was excellent and targeted all my pain points so precisely. Will definitely go back :)
