I had a lovely experience at the salon! Went in for a wash, blow dry, and straightening and came out feeling absolutely fabulous. The staff was warm, professional, and attentive throughout. They took the time to understand exactly how I wanted my hair styled and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The hair wash included a gentle head massage that was so relaxing I could’ve stayed there all day! The blow dry was smooth, and the final straightened look was sleek and flawless. Definitely coming back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality service with a friendly vibe!

I had Stefania as my stylist; she was amazing. When I arrived she asked if I wanted a tea or coffee, so that was a very good first impression. I then had a wash, blowdry and style. She was very attentive, asking if the water temperature was ok, was I comfortable in my chair and checking if I was happy with the work at every stage. Stefania was very knowledgeable and taught me things about my hair that I didn't know. She does amazing work and has a passion for hair.

Rhys was absolutely fantastic. He was so approachable and took the time to explain how he does his readings, as well as asking what style I preferred before we started. He was incredibly spot on — I barely said a word during the session and didn’t confirm anything until the very end when he asked if I had any questions. Most of that was just me verifying everything he had already picked up. Overall, my experience was really great. Rhys has such an incredible presence and a beautiful aura about him. I highly, highly recommend him.
