had my treatment at Faces today and, as always, the staff were so professional and great at what they do. The whole experience is welcoming, calming, and you feel completely looked after from start to finish. Sian is truly amazing she looks after her clients so well and is genuinely one of the nicest people you could ever meet. She makes you feel comfortable, listened to, and totally confident you’re in the best hands. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and can’t recommend Faces (and Sian!) enough

My first time at the clinic and with Sian. The clinic was very easy to find with good parking free close by. The clinic is lovely, so clean and inviting but also modern with personal touches. The procedure was explained to me in full detail and I was blown away with Sian’s professionalism and the amount of knowledge she has. The procedure itself was pain free, Think this was due to Sian’s reassurance and gentle manner.
