Mel is so lovely and welcoming, really makes you feel at ease. I had a facial with massage and it felt amazing, I felt all my tension melting away in my chest and shoulders and my skin feels so smooth. The salon has a welcoming relaxing feel. 5 star for cleanliness. I also love the little things, I was offered a bottle of water on arrival and asked to choose the bottle I was drawn to the most, the surprise was a pretty affirmation card with an action on the reverse to complete to help you focus on your own wellness. I thought this was a great touch that shows attentiveness to thier customers.

I love my brows so much! Karla was amazing and the whole experience was very pleasant. She asked me questions about my brows and the history of them rather than doing a one size fits all procedure. I have lift in my face and they frame my face perfectly!

Karlie is amazing at what she does!! I was put at ease as soon as I entered the salon and everything was explained clearly. I had the dermaplaning and my skin feels and looks a million times better for it! Also did some Botox/ fillers myth busting to help me decide if I want to take that step. Very relaxing facial this morning with Elle

Had my first ever dermaplane and Erin made me feel so relaxed! I’m glowing!

Had my first ever dermaplane treatment with Scarlett and it was the most comfortable, relaxing and informative session I’ve had for a facial service. Scarlett went above and beyond by giving genuine skin care advice which felt like a free skin consultation and the quality of her service truly reflects its’ price. I left the room feeling winded down and best of all with clean and glowing skin ready for my wedding! Will definitely be coming again!

Lovely massage. It was very relaxing and Hannah put me totally at ease and worked on areas that were causing more tension! Next morning and I can feel the benefits already 🙂

Vicky takes much pride in her work nothings is ever too much bother and she never fails to amaze! Heidi-Jos is the hidden gem of Warrington for beauty, both girls do not disappoint ❤️

Had a really good experience with Carla, I had a deluxe dermaplane and couldn't recommend enough! She analysed my skin, gave me so much advice and tips I need to start doing to help my skin, the dermaplane was completely painless and my skin now feels and looks amazing after this treatment. Really lovely person and will be going back.

This was my first experience of Botox today, will definitely be coming to you more often now. Always makes me feel at home. Best beauty salon in Warrington by far A+++
