Lovely relaxing atmosphere . Janine was really friendly and accommodating and explained every step of the treatment. 100% happy with the results. I have been to several places for my treatment in the past but this is definitely my new go to place. Already booked in for other treatments.I would highly recommend any one planning on having any beauty treatments done to go to J9 .x

The salon is very warm and welcoming, and a delight to visit. The treatment was a wonderfull headspa & facial. The aromas from the oils used was amazing, and heightened the senses. The impliments and tools added and extra edge to the the treatmemt Well worth a visit, I'll definitely be back. Thank you.

I have been speaking to Sira about my skin and skincare for a while now. As with Lucy and all the other technicians at Offbeat, I feel safe and taken care of. Lucy was a big part of me starting to look after myself and realise I was worthy of self care like this and Sira has only added positively to that journey of self love! She was amazing today and made me feel so calm and her advice was really clear! She was so helpful and welcoming and just lovely! Fantastic dermaplaning facial. Really relaxing and my skin feels amazing

It’s always a pleasure to visit Hayley. I tried something I’d not had before and went for a Hydrofacial and Dermaplaning. I was only planning on the Dermaplaning but when I saw Hayley did Hydrofscial too I had to have it. I would highly recommend both. My skin felt so smooth after and still does now. My skincare and make up glides on lovely.

Had pumpkin spice facial with dermaplaning, face feels amazing now , so soft. Would highly recommend 👌

I'm now a regular client of Kathryn's and has recommended her to others and continue to do so. I've had plenty of massages in and out of the UK, don't get me wrong some have been really good, but not half as good as Kathryn, she is AMAZING and has wands has fingers 🤣. Also, Kathryn was the 1st to do my dermaplaning as I knew I were in safe hands, twice now she's done it and I've loved the results each time 😍
