It was My first visit to the nook beauty and I would highly recommend. I had such a calm and comfortable experience from start to finish. Gemma explained everything to me & reassured me. The space was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Gemma is very knowledgeable which helped me feel relaxed. The treatment itself was no where near as painful as I thought it would be. Gemma explained aftercare in person as well as all the information that was shared via email. I will 100% be back & would definitely recommend.

As someone who doesn't "do" beauty treatments, I always feel a bit on edge when I do! Nikita was lovely and really put me at easy. My Korean Lash Lift has given me really wow lashes and I'm really impressed with the results! Will definitely treat myself to more KIKI Beauty treatments in the future and would definitely recommend.
