One of the best facials I ever had! Felt cozy and comfortable from the get go! Abbey is very easy to talk to and I didn’t feel awkward at any point. It was a deep cleanse facial with dermaplaning and I absolutely loved it! It was my first time trying dermaplaning, and I was quite nervous initially but she made me feel completely at ease. She was gentle and thorough. The atmosphere was really relaxing-tried hard not to fall asleep, the results are amazing—my skin feels fantastic and looks so much brighter. Great experience and definitely recommend it! Looking forward to my next visit 🤭😍❤️

Charlotte is by far the best facialist I've been to. She makes you feel very comfortable and most importantly makes your skin look so soft, shiny and clear! I've seen a bid difference by coming to Charlotte for dermaplaning once a month over the last year! Highly recommend xx

Literally THE BEST!! So knowledgeable and took to time out after my appointment to send recommended, affordable product links so I could continue my skin journey outside of appointments! Even went to the effort of explaining how and why I should use! 🥹 could not recommend Abbey enough, can already see progress in my skin journey after only the 2nd appointment! This was amazing! I love ASMR to relax and fall asleep, and I’ve been hoping for somewhere nearby like this. Georgia was lovely, and the massage was incredible — I even had to wake myself up before driving! You can tell a lot of thought went into making it relaxing, from the gentle hair play and back tickling to the flow of the session. The room was calming, and the heated blanket was a lovely touch. Highly recommend!

I have always worn lashes and hated my own, but they’re so long now with the advice and treatment from Joli and she is the most gentle practitioner I have ever been with. The salon and environment is gorgeous and welcoming, always clean and the girls are lovely. Jolie is amazing and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes or brows now x
