She did my step daughter nails first and kept checking they were ok for her, which my step daughter absolutely loved them. Ella then did my nails for my wedding and they are totally perfect. Two weeks ago I had my first ever visit to Rachel Thoburn Aesthetics for 3 areas of botox. I was due for my two week review tomorrow but my head is so smooth and the results are so I good, I don't need to go I'm so over tne moon with my treatment and the advice I have been provided. Just been and had an amazing pumpkin 🎃 facial with peel and first time under LED lights and steam. This was the best facial ever and I’ve had a few! Was worried about the led as can sometimes feel claustrophobic. But Rachel put me at ease and the whole experience was 5 star! Will def be booking again and maybe next time try it with dermaplane. The room was very calming and cknfidtsnke and at one point I almost drifted off. Highly recommend.

Had my lips done today and Botox. I’m beyond happy. It was an amazing experience totally pain free, lovely little touches like ice pack before and after which I’ve never had before. Perfect 🥰

The treatment was fully tailored to my skin, including a deep cleanse, exfoliation, mask, and an amazing facial massage. Kim was very professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about skincare. My skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and visibly glowing afterward. WOW I had the Buccal massage and honey facial which was truly relaxing and sent me to sleep! I’ve wanted to try the Buccal facial and it was wonderful, Natasha is an expert and for my first time I felt completely at ease. Highly recommend Dragonfly a peaceful find in a busy Leeds city centre.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish! Great staff and just right location in very heart of central Leeds. You really don't feel like you are in central Leeds. Such a great hidden gem. My first visit to The Beauty Box. I had a pedicure with Kim. It was great from start to finish. Kimberley took care, was very professional, but above all very pleasant. I will be booking again.

I was nervous, Rachel is so calming and experienced, she put me at ease straight away, love the results x

My experience at Dragonfly Skin Spa in Leeds city centre was absolutely fantastic. Barbora, the massage therapist, worked wonders on my knots and tension. I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. I highly recommend this spa.

Visited dragonfly for a float and a facial, both of which were amazing as was my therapist Laura - her massage technique was so good. Just a couple of points that would have made the visit even better – there is no changing room facility to freshen up in after your treatments. I was heading into Leeds and needed to do my hair get changed etc Also, the treatment room that I was in was at the top of the main stairs thankfully I visited on a quiet day, but I could imagine during peak times this room would get quite noisy - maybe the location could be reviewed?
