I've been to Claudia a few times now for different treatments. She is always so warm and welcoming. She makes sure to clarify exactly what you want out of the session before starting. Her technique is excellent, and I always feel extremely relaxed afterwards. Will definitely be back again.

My experience with Clinic Twenty2 has always been perfect. The greeting is always second to none, as well as the service. I'm always asked how I feel both before, during and after each session. There is no hard sell and each time I'm thanked for making the booking and advised if any further sessions are needed, to please make contact. I find the cost to be most ompetetive and I would highly recommend anyone looking for laser treatment to visit. I am 100% happy with the whole process.

I was recommended to her and I can absolutely see why. She took extra care around my C-section scar when I told her I was nervous, and she made me feel completely at ease. She’s honestly brilliant—probably the best waxer in Cardiff. If anyone is looking for someone professional, gentle, and genuinely lovely to be around, I highly recommend her!

Its always a little nerve wracking going to a new therapist for massage and facials etc. I saw Natalie this week for the Full body lymphatic massage & lymphatic lift facial. I also added in a cheeky dermaplaning. It was the most wonderful experience! Natalie was instantly warm & welcoming, making me feel comfortable. Nothing was too much of a problem & Natalie explained everything fully. Unfortunately i couldn't try the LED as i am photosensitive due to meds. Natalie took my safety & health as a high priority. The results from the treatment are incredible & i will be coming regularly.

I came for the first time to Cardiff aesthetics and had dermaplane with chemical perl and micro needling.. The service was great and had good experience about the procedure and professionalism.
