I booked a one hour hard pressure massage with Mae. It's been a while since my last massage so the body was tight and I had a aching shoulder. She was running surprisingly quite late and had to wait nearly 30 minutes but once I was taken in there was a warm water foot soak waiting in a wooden barrel tub. After that Mae confirms if cupping is wanted and the type of massage. Then begins one hour of blissful, at times soft pain when sore muscles are being released physical and mental therapy. She massages the whole body and even the head and face was relaxed. Highly recommend.

Booked myself for a 1 hour massage as had some niggles and elected for the hard pressure add on for $10. My massage therapist Mae with an "e" is personable and works magic with her hands. Highly recommend Mae at the Onehunga branch.

It was amazing a second time - the first time I went with my partner for mothers day and I was looked after by Mai. I had to take my best friend to experience a hilot massage and ventosa cupping which I was looked after by Agnes. Both ladies were amazing in pressure and clearing out my back knots. The atmosphere from the moment we stepped into the spa venue was amazing, was relaxed and ready for nap by the end of both visits. As well as was able to purchase a package deal for the last day of march and looking forward to my next massage!!

I had a wonderful experience at bambbo spa onehunga. The massage was excellent—very relaxing and exactly what I needed. The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. You can really feel that they care about their clients. I had a great experience today. It was my first time to visit Bamboo Spa Onehunga. I booked the 1 hour back, neck and shoulder massage. I haven’t said anything to the therapist but she seemed to know where my problem was. I noticed she focused on my right shoulder during the session which was my sore shoulder. Thank you Mae! I left the spa happy and contented. Highly recommend!💜

Michelle is an excellent therapist, very pleasant approach, her massage was spot on, technically skilled, and felt that she put great care into it. Appreciate her checking every once in a while if the pressure was alright. I felt completely relaxed and what I paid for was worth it. Highly commend her!
