Amazing upper body massage today by Gemma, I knew the focus would need to be my shoulders, but not even i realised just how bad they were! Thankfully, Gemma worked her magic, even adding in some cupping (after explaining what it was and why it would hopefully be beneficial to me, and gaining my consent). I'm excited to see how it feels in a couple days when full benefits should be showing, and will be booking again soon! I know there are no quick fixes, but little bits each time with someone wanting to help is a huge bonus! Thank you!!

My first experience of cupping. Instant release and pain relief, neck, back, shoulders, arms. Good advice from Gemma around aftercare, following the treatment and further improvement can be expected over the next few days/weeks. Very pleased with my outcome.

Really good - I found Gemma very knowledgeable and responsive to my particular circumstances affecting my wellbeing. She was alos kind enough to let me have a mini trial of a cupping treatment as I said I was considering it for next time, or for my son who needed a treatment but was unsure if we would like it. The only thing that would have improved it was the use of essential oils along with coconut oil.

Absolutely loved my cupping treatment with Gemma. As someone who suffers with back pain a lot, I've had many treatments of different kinds over the years and nothing has ever hit those tense and achy muscles as well as the massage with cups did. I can’t begin to explain how amazing my experience was with Gemma today. I had the luxury zone facelift and when I say it was the most relaxed I’ve ever been, I mean it. This has such a good range of treatments mixed into one, it really was the full luxury package. Definitely going to sleep like a baby tonight. Highly recommend!

Managed to book a same day appointment for a sore neck/back after struggling to sleep. Play a lot of sport and many hours driving each week so muscles had tightened up. After a consultation with Gemma, the massage and cupping treatment began. Felt the benefits straight after and look forward to my next appointment. Great rooms and a range of other services. Would highly recommend Nourish Holistic Therapy.

I had my second cupping treatment with Gemma today, having had my first cupping therapy a couple of weeks ago and I was delighted with the results. I had a long standing issue with my piriformis and the pain was excruciating. Day 2 post cupping treatment it had eased off completely - absolutely wowed by the way it feels now that I decided to have another preventative treatment regularly. Thanks Gemma

Amazing first time experience can’t wait until next time . Sharon’s so knowledgeable and personable, the treatment room is a haven. The lymphatic drainage massage is something you never knew you needed, but definitely do. Booking system is easy and it sends handy reminders, essential for me. Virtually on my doorstep in Wolverton I couldn’t be happier.

I don't quite know what to say. Just left Nourish Holistic Therapy after trying the new Luxury Zone Facelift. I wasn't sure why it was called Zone but now suspect it's because you feel totally "zoned out" afterwards! So here it is broken down. I knew, from following this business for sometime, that something new and different to anything
