Amazing upper body massage today by Gemma, I knew the focus would need to be my shoulders, but not even i realised just how bad they were! Thankfully, Gemma worked her magic, even adding in some cupping (after explaining what it was and why it would hopefully be beneficial to me, and gaining my consent). I'm excited to see how it feels in a couple days when full benefits should be showing, and will be booking again soon! I know there are no quick fixes, but little bits each time with someone wanting to help is a huge bonus! Thank you!!

Really good - I found Gemma very knowledgeable and responsive to my particular circumstances affecting my wellbeing. She was alos kind enough to let me have a mini trial of a cupping treatment as I said I was considering it for next time, or for my son who needed a treatment but was unsure if we would like it. The only thing that would have improved it was the use of essential oils along with coconut oil.

Absolutely loved my cupping treatment with Gemma. As someone who suffers with back pain a lot, I've had many treatments of different kinds over the years and nothing has ever hit those tense and achy muscles as well as the massage with cups did. Managed to book a same day appointment for a sore neck/back after struggling to sleep. Play a lot of sport and many hours driving each week so muscles had tightened up.
