More progress!! 2nd visit for me and Paige suggested some slight variations to help…..she really knows her stuff guys! Cupping with red light feels great! I’ve been following the stretching programme, and can now really start to see the benefit in my ROM/form in the gym, even after such a short period of time. I got told off for not drinking enough water, so going to focus on that now…..I’m making no promises!! Haha. But all joking aside, she took the time to explain in detail why it’s so important if I want to get the most from our sessions. Get in touch, you won’t be disappointed!!

Incredible results with my facial!! My skin feels sooo amazing and looks younger, brighter, firmer in just an hour. Anna is one of those people who instantly makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. Easy to book via Fresha. Treatment room is wonderful, and Anna sent some questionnaires through beforehand so we could get straight on with the facial shortly after I arrived. Facial itself was really relaxing and my skin has been in really good condition since. I will definitely book again
