First time ever I decided to go go Hajamma. My brother in law recommended Bilal at Therapy Clinic Ilford. Bilal administered Hajamma. I found Bilal very knowledgeable in his field of physiotharapy. He was very kind and attentive. I commend Bilal highly. Will definitely visit in a months time.

Fantastic massage which Michelle customised for me to be half deep tissue for my problem areas and then half relaxing. Michelle was very knowledgeable and explained the process along the way

Very professional and friendly service. It was my first time doing hijama (cupping) and I felt at ease by their level of service and knowledge. I opted also for sports massage and it was also excellent. The clinic is very hygienic and organised. I highly recommend this clinic!

The reason for my 5 star rating is. I came in with terrible neck pain and back pain . I took Full Body Posture Adjustment & Wet Cupping Honestly i woke up day after like a brand new man .My pain reduced by 90% Alhamduliah I like how they treat clients by calling them day after the treatment to check how they doing to advise them to keep up with the exercise and do healthy choices in life Once again thank you Bilal may god bless 🤲🏽

Maria, was great, I had a 1.5 treatment very much needed. Her assessment skills were brillant t in informing me what was causing me so such pain in my shoulder . I had cupping on my arms for the first time, it really worked n relieving some tension .
