You'll always find a smile, laughter, a good chat or a proper moment of calm and peace. I chose this place 4 years ago (or probably even longer) and I would never change it! She carefully assessed my condition, identified the root cause of my lower back pain, and provided the perfect treatment with incredible skill and care. Her hands honestly felt magical, and after just one session, I felt almost completely pain-free. She also explained a clear treatment plan for future sessions. Trang is amazing. The treatment myofascial release is known to help fibromyalgia symptoms. Trang diagnosed my issue within minutes of meeting me. All very similar to what I’ve heard before and been trying to work on. Can’t wait to go back I will make it a regular treatment as there is proven efficacy for my symptoms.

I’ve been looking for a London-based healer like Maria for a while. She is thoughtful, knowledgeable, and a calming presence. Her space is warm and inviting. Immediately, I felt safe in her care. I’m very much looking forward to our next session.

I had a combination of assisted stretching and Myofascial Release. The Myofascial Release was really involved in a good way including cupping. And the assisted stretching was well done and I was challenged with it, which was also good.

Training for CrossFit competitions left my shoulders and upper back constantly tight. The one hour cupping session made a noticeable difference straight away. My overhead movement felt smoother and less restricted the same week. Recovery between sessions has improved and the soreness doesn’t linger like before. Very effective treatment.

What a deeply restorative experience! I will definitely be back. A gorgeous space and a perfect room temperature even in the heat.

Went in with deep mid back tightness and restricted shoulder movement that had built up over years of training and stress. The one hour cupping session created a level of release I genuinely wasn’t expecting. Breathing felt easier, posture improved, and the area felt lighter rather than sore afterward. Highly recommend.

I heard of this place through my PT and thought I would try the cupping massage as it is something I have always thought about doing but didn’t know where to go. The whole experience was great and my back feels so much better. Rohan was an excellent massage therapist, who made sure that I was never in too much discomfort for the cupping therapy as it was my first experience. Local or not to Islington I would highly recommend Dr Stretch if you have any back/muscle problems. They really tailor your appointment to fit your specific needs. I plan to be a repeat customer.

Chronic tightness through my upper back and ribs had been affecting my breathing during training and long workdays. Alex took time to understand how I train and where I felt restricted before my treatment began. The cupping was applied in a controlled way and combined with hands on work rather than used as a standalone technique. Very satisfied with the session.

The session felt quietly confidence building from the start. Alexander explained what he was seeing during the assessment and how cupping could help improve tissue movement around the shoulder. The treatment felt controlled and intentional, not intense for the sake of it. Afterwards, my shoulder felt lighter and easier to move, especially overhead. There was also helpful guidance on how to train over the following days without overdoing it. The space feels calm and premium, and the approach is clearly grounded in clinical thinking rather than trends.
