Oya Beauty is great; the best beauty spa in Miami Florida. The owner and her girls make you feel that you are part of the family. They are excellent professionals and sweet at the same time. The technician, known as Lilly, was exceptionally helpful and thoroughly explained the process of each treatment she performed. The cleanliness of the establishment is impeccable, which is a significant factor for me. Furthermore, the other young lady in the office, who provided information on the packages, was very attentive, cheerful, understanding, and patiently explained everything, proving to be very helpful. The girl at the front desk was nice and very informative. They will explain their packages that they offer, and they don’t pressure you into buy one.
