New Year new facial! This was totally different from any of the ones I’m usually drawn towards. The treatment was layered and each layer brought a calming, relaxed feeling. I had a full body candle massage with Amy and she is absolutely incredible. She truly has a magic touch. From the moment the treatment started, I felt deeply relaxed and completely at ease. After the massage my skin felt beautifully nourished, soft, and smooth, and my whole body felt lighter and calmer. It was an amazing experience and I can’t recommend Amy enough. I will definitely be coming back.

I highly recommend Cacci Ultimate. I had this treatment with Amy Beth yesterday 1st July and today my skin has a luminosity appearance and skin feels so smooth, flawless. Also a big shout out to all the staff they are super helpful and always have a welcoming smile.

Treated myself to a spa afternoon - I had a body scrub, massage, facial and lvl lashes. It was sooooo relaxing that I almost fell asleep (did that twitchy thing when you're just dropping off - embarrassing!). Amy Beth did all my treatments and I can honestly say it was the BEST massage I've ever had....& at 55, I've had a few! I felt so relaxed and my skin was wonderfully soft after the treatments - can 100% recommend! The salon was clean and quiet and I was completely looked after - will be returning!

I absolutely love going to Alex, she makes the experience so relaxed and is just the loveliest person. I’m a very anxious person and this is the only place I’ve used that makes me feel at ease. Such a relaxing and professional service! I can’t recommend it enough. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my treatments.

Fantastic haircut and keratin treatment by issy

Rosie was lovely and the haircut was great. The pedicure felt a bit strange as it was just a chair put between the two treatment tables, with a plastic tub and a kneeling chair used as makeshift pedicure chair/table. The pedicure was nice but fairly basic, so considering the service and the experience, it didn't quite feel like value for money for me. I probably won't be back for a pedicure, but I recommend the hair services.
