Anastasia is excellent and has an amazing knowledge of the body. She was able to determine the cause of the pain by observing my muscle patterns and posture. Not only she gave me great treatment that released the pain, she offered solutions for long term improvement. She clearly really cares about her patients and helping them. I have been struggling with a shoulder injury for many years, started coming here for chamber sessions and have also had cupping all helped manage the pain but recently started acupuncture with Dylan and that has been amazing. His knowledge is excellent and he has tailored my treatment to my needs. I have had 3 sessions so far and the daily pain I have had for at least 10 years has reduced by about 80%. Would recommend Dylan completely.

Always love my treatments at The Cryo Lab, whether it’s the Cryo Chamber, getting a Spray Tan, or having a Cryo Facial. But my favourite is definitely the Body Balancing, it has such great benefits and I get to completely relax and even fall asleep during this treatment. Thank you to Lisa, always looks after me.

I recently had a HIFU procedure with Mia-Leigh, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Mia-Leigh is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and makes you feel completely at ease throughout the treatment. She explained everything clearly and ensured I was comfortable at every stage. I’ve already booked my next procedure with her in a couple of days and am really looking forward to it. Highly recommend Mia-Leigh for anyone considering HIFU — she’s fantastic at what she does!

I had a Facial Deep Cleansing with Natalia, and it was absolutely incredible. The treatment began with a gentle, deeply relaxing massage of the face and décolleté — pure bliss. Then the real magic started: the cleansing was so precise that my skin was left fresh, glowing, and without a single mark. I could literally feel it breathing. Natalia also shared personalised home-care tips, which was super helpful. The session ended with a lymphatic drainage body massage — warmth spread through my whole body, and I felt this deep, pleasant trembling inside. Truly unreal. I highly recommend her!

Dylan is not only kind and friendly. He definitely knows his stuff, anatomically, treatment & rehab wise. He uses modern techniques and equipment and discusses with you what he wants to do. It's not what he is going to do, so it's a collaborative session. Instils trust and takes an interest in you and listens to what your concerns are, which many health care professionals do not. I'd highly recommend Dylan
