This was my first ever skin treatment, so I was a bit nervous, but aesthetician Zoe was brilliant with customer services throughout - excellent communication, reassuring, knowledgeable and friendly, to put me at ease. The salon was clean and well-equipped, with everything to hand in a calming, professional environment. The treatment was well paced, thorough and effective, with clear aftercare advice, including using recommended high-quality quality products. I will certainly book treatment with Zoe again, and I would recommend this to anyone else too.

Visited Diamed London Clinic today for a wax treatment. Firstly the shop is very bright, clean and the reception staff were welcoming. My treatment was done by Sevin, she was very friendly, gentle and did an amazing job. She recommended further treatments to me which I will definitely consider going forward. I absolutely loved the facial and massage – they were both so soothing and left my skin feeling amazing.
