I have visited several aesthetic clinics in Leeds for Botox and fillers, and honestly, Mona is one of the best. She only uses top-quality products. She explains every step clearly before the procedure, whether it’s Botox or fillers. She is extremely kind, professional, and easy to talk to. WOW I had the Buccal massage and honey facial which was truly relaxing and sent me to sleep! I’ve wanted to try the Buccal facial and it was wonderful, Natasha is an expert and for my first time I felt completely at ease. Highly recommend Dragonfly a peaceful find in a busy Leeds city centre.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish! Great staff and just right location in very heart of central Leeds. You really don't feel like you are in central Leeds. Such a great hidden gem. I have a frozen shoulder with some arthritis in the joints and my massage helped me so much with pain relief and movement. Such a lovely and kind person, I cannot stress enough! Did an amazing job from start to finish and always checked in with me to ask about the pressure and gave some good advice too. Really lovely to meet you. You are honestly working wonders. Lovely million dollar facial Sophie is very professional and knowledgeable about skin and products

Mona is seriously the best, can’t believe how lucky it is to have her in Leeds!

Visited dragonfly for a float and a facial, both of which were amazing as was my therapist Laura - her massage technique was so good. Just a couple of points that would have made the visit even better – there is no changing room facility to freshen up in after your treatments. I was heading into Leeds and needed to do my hair get changed etc Also, the treatment room that I was in was at the top of the main stairs thankfully I visited on a quiet day, but I could imagine during peak times this room would get quite noisy - maybe the location could be reviewed?
