I have been doing my nails at Posh Beauty and Academy for a number of years, and I can honestly say this is the best nail salon in Cardiff and beyond! All the nail technicians are amazing. I am currently having my nails done by Ella and honestly, she is absolutely amazing! Ella is so professional and great at her craft! I had my first facial and microneedling appointment today with Pippa and it was such a great experience. The whole treatment was very relaxing, and Pippa was extremely informative throughout the entire process, explaining everything clearly and putting me at ease. A really effective lymphatic drainage massage. I love that my abs look really defined when I leave. I also feel my cellulite is gradually improving.

I can’t recommend Simply Contoured Aesthetics and Natalie enough! She’s been amazing for my post-surgery lymphatic drainage—knowledgeable, gentle, and truly cares about her clients. Second session and it’s been amazing, I’m looking forward to the others and I can definitely see myself booking another 5, I was in a lot of pain post op and after the first session I was so much more mobile and barely touched the painkillers I had from the surgeon, not to mention the reduction in swelling I could see my waist coming back for the first time! I had my first micro-needling session today which was such a lovely experience. The whole process was so well explained and the initial consultation addressed all my questions. Pippa made it such a relaxing experience throughout! I was numbed for the needling which made it so comfortable and the salon is gorgeous. 100% recommend.
