I had an incredible experience at BM Aesthetics in Richmond for the Cryolipolysis Fat Freezing - Four Areas/Applicators treatment. The venue itself is presented nicely, creating a calm and relaxing ambiance. Brooklyn was outstanding – professional, attentive, and knowledgeable about the procedure. I’ve done the treatment twice and noticed differences in my appearance and measurements! I didn’t experience discomfort during and post the procedure. I was able to go for a run the next day. The girls were wonderful as always and very welcoming. Unfortunately the treatments haven't worked on the lower area of my face. Iin fact xx with tge extra assistance in two different treatments, i found today that nothing has changed, and the wrinkles are deeper on the lower area of my face than what they were.. Unfortunately all the products apart from the botox was not suitable.

Selene is professional and truly understands my needs—she has helped me choose treatments that have improved my skin and recommended skincare products that are perfectly suited to me.
